Turnkey design, fabrication and installation of climate-controlled wine cellars, built-in cabinets and professional humidors for residences, restaurants and hotels in Madrid. +35 years of craft · +2,500 cellars delivered across Spain.
Madrid is one of the most demanding destinations in the Iberian Peninsula for a climate-controlled cellar. Annual thermal swings exceed 40 °C between the dry winter and the harsh summer, average ambient humidity drops to 35-40 % during hot months, and incident solar radiation on south-facing surfaces exceeds 700 W/m² at midday in summer. A standard commercial cellar simply cannot handle that load: the compressor runs at 95 % for five months straight and the cork dries out every summer. What we design for Madrid responds to those three variables at once: PIR insulation 50-80 mm with full thermal break perimeter, active humidification with ultrasonic nozzles and, on any south-facing glazing, double-laminated glass with argon cavity and Low-E coating as standard.
In Madrid we work with private collectors in Salamanca, Chamberí, Aravaca, La Moraleja and Pozuelo, with multi-unit hospitality groups across the Community and with five-star hotels needing dedicated wine rooms or cigar lounges. Fabrication is done at our Barcelona workshop and installation is coordinated through a previous technical visit with your architect or interior designer, with no middlemen.
