Cedar, constant 70% RH, UV-free LED lighting and dedicated climate control. Projects ranging from room humidors to walk-ins holding thousands of cigars for private clubs.
A Cohiba Behike, a Partagás Serie D or a limited-edition Davidoff are living objects. Each continues its maturation inside the humidor for years, and any deviation in temperature or humidity irreversibly alters combustion, draw and aromatic profile. We design humidors that maintain the 70% RH / 18°C equilibrium with the same precision with which a wine cellar preserves 14°C for a grand cru.

Each humidor responds to a different operation: a high-end tobacconist in central Madrid, a private cigar lounge in a five-star hotel in Marbella, a tasting room adjacent to a wine cellar, or a collector's private collection. In each case, we study the real use and design the humidor around it.

Cedar (Cedrela odorata) is the world reference wood for humidors for three reasons: it absorbs and releases moisture without imparting foreign flavours, it naturally deters wood-boring insects, and it imparts the characteristic aroma that ages the cigar under optimum conditions.
Constant temperature between 16°C and 20°C (ideal 18°C) and stable relative humidity between 65% and 72% RH (ideal 70%). Prolonged deviations outside this range dry out or over-moisten the cigar, damaging combustion and flavour.
Yes. We design everything from room humidors for individual tobacconists (200–2,000 cigars) to walk-in rooms holding thousands of cigars for chains, private clubs and luxury hotels with Havana room service.
It is one of our specialities. Walk-in humidors with an adjacent tasting room, leather armchairs, smoke extraction calibrated for cigar lounges. All compliant with applicable regulations in each region.
Cedrela odorata cedar must be kiln-dried and naturally cured for a minimum of 12 months before installation. Uncured cedar releases resinous compounds that interfere with the cigar's aromatic profile. We verify moisture content (target: 8–10%) before any piece enters the workshop.
Room humidors for tobacconists: 200 to 2,000 cigars. Vertical towers: high capacity in a small footprint. Walk-in humidors for chains, luxury hotels and private clubs: 2,000 to 20,000 cigars. All formats are designed around the real usage pattern: daily rotation, long-term ageing or collector display.
Active digital humidification using electronic or ultrasonic humidifiers with demineralised water, controlled by high-precision capacitive sensors at multiple heights. The system maintains 70% RH ±1% continuously. Remote monitoring via mobile app with humidity and temperature history graphs.
Between 8 and 14 weeks from sign-off. Room humidors and vertical towers are at the shorter end. Walk-in humidors with adjacent tasting rooms and bespoke joinery take 12–14 weeks. We pre-assemble fully in our Barcelona workshop before transport to site.

Argon-filled laminated glass with an integrated UV filter (380 nm cut-off) and low emissivity. The UV filter prevents bleaching of wrapper colour and degradation of volatile aromatic compounds. Optional ultra-transparent anti-reflective glass maximises display quality.
Yes. The first annual probe calibration visit is included: humidity and temperature sensor verification, door seal inspection, UV-filter check and cedar condition assessment. Multi-year preventive maintenance contracts are available. Remote monitoring via mobile app provides continuous alerts before any deviation becomes a problem.
